New hard hat requirements for furniture installers

Among the updated safety protocols we are rolling out as part of this commitment is a new mandatory hard hat policy for our furniture installation teams. While furniture installation may not always be perceived as a high-risk activity, the reality of active construction zones, overhead hazards, and fast-paced commercial environments demands the same level of personal protective equipment (PPE) vigilance as any other trade.

Effective immediately, all ECS Solutions furniture installers are required to wear certified hard hats on applicable job sites. This aligns us with updated industry standards and ensures our crews are never caught unprepared — regardless of the scope of a project.
